Founded in 2016, Ethiopian Hotel and Related Service Provider Employers’ Federation (EHRSPEF) is the national organization of the hotel and related service provider industry in Ethiopia. The primary functions of the Federation are to promote and defend the interests of its members and members’ capacity building. The EHRPEF represents almost all hotels and related service nationwide. The EHRSPEF is managed by the following groups:
– The EHRSPEF staff including the President and the Board Members
– The management Committee
– The Network of the Member Associations
The Federation established by all regional and city administration hotel owners association as a national level organization. The Federation established with almost most of the hotels in Ethiopia.
The main purpose of the federation is to creating the industry peace in the hotel and tourism sector and work for the development of tourism sector in Ethiopia. The goal of the federation is the members to be a best destination of tourists and assisting and build their capacity to provide the high level services for the guests. And also represent the members in every level.
