Puerto Ventanas is the main private port of Chile specialized in bulk cargo, located in Chilean central zone. With more than 27 years of experience, has a strategic location near to the main industrial developments in the central zone of Chile and the central-west of Argentina.
It is located on Quintero bay, only at 132 km to Santiago, Puerto Ventanas offers an integral wharfage service with incomparable add value advantages for its customers through storage areas and transport of different foreign and domestic markets.
As specialist in the treatment of liquid and solid bulk cargo, the port gives a high-quality service, with automated systems of latest generation on technology, which allows loading and unloading ratesup to 30000 metric tons per day.
With four berth available to receive vessels up to 84,405 tons of displacement with a maximum draft of 14.3 meters on berth number five. A full range of cargoes, such as liquid and solid bulk cargo, general cargo, maxi bags, steel, among others could be attended. Also, Puerto Ventanas is always thinking in a long-term relationship with its current and future customers. The wineries, allow to store 215,000 tons of copper concentrate, 50,000 tons of grains and general cargo in our own wineries and our customers. Ventanas has more than 218 hectares next to the port available to growth with them.

As a result of the commitment to sustainability, Puerto Ventanas became the first green port of Chile to have obtained the international certification Ecoports and in the first port of the country to have obtained the Maritime Prize of the Americas, in the category of "Green Ports" delivered by the Inter-American Committee on Ports.
