The company was originally established on 14 June 1989 and has established its engineering offices in Durban, South Africa, to carry out the business of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, associated controls
and electrics under the umbrella of mechanical services contracting.
The company is focused on securing projects in Africa, utilizing our project management skills together with our experience developed over the years to manage the foreign exchange, customs and excise duty, tariff structures and complex logistics in addition to the engineering expertise to bring about successful completion of contracts.
Our vision is to be the preferred mechanical services contractor in Africa and our mission is to build relationships with clients, shareholders, employees, contractors, consultants, architects and suppliers thus ensuring stable returns that are integrated in sound environmental management that spreads into all aspects of our business activities and achieving real growth.
Our aim is to meet the specified design within budget and on time, achieved through a congenial working environment.
The development of these products has enabled the company to offer a product competitively priced, to prospective clients either as a direct sale or as part of an air conditioning or ventilation project.
